In my work, I explore themes of visibility/invisibility and recognizability/unrecognizability through my intercultural lens. I am interested in pushing against the invisibility of the Indigenous body in this country and the stereotypical assumptions of what Indigenous work should look like.

 

My specific focus with this installation is the investigation of visible and invisible community, visible and invisible ancestry, ideas of belonging, and time.
